Multiple Stops to the Beach, Desperate Pee on the Trail

I held for a long time before this hike started, and by the time I hit the trail my bladder was already heavy. The desperation built with each step toward the beach. I couldn't make it between stops. My panties stayed dry until I couldn't hold anymore, then I'd find a spot off the path and let it go, soaking through cotton and denim. The relief was immediate and intense, but the need came back fast. Multiple releases, each one draining me completely, each one harder to wait for than the last. By the time I reached the beach I was empty and shaking.
